QTS Closes Barwell Office But Opens A New Chapter

In sad farewell to fond memories, QTS has made the very difficult decision to close its Barwell office after six years.

In a bid to centralise its operation an improve service delivery, QTS has opted to move its customer service functions to partner all other business functions in its manufacturing facility in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire.

Having made significant changes during the course of its 17-year lifespan, this decision is another that will be marked in the company’s history books as a vital turning point.

It goes without saying that QTS is no stranger to strong and decisive change in the search for improved service levels and 2020 is certainly no different.

The closure of Barwell marks a new chapter for QTS and its customers. With a renewed focus on service excellence, QTS is committed to driving significant improvements right throughout its business functions.
