Christmas Tech Pack Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Organiser

  • The competition is organised by QTS Ltd. For any inquiries, please contact enquiries@qts-ltd.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of QTS Ltd and their immediate families.
  • The competition is only open to customers who place an order of at least £2,000 between 18th November 2024 and 10th January 2025 via the new Quote to Site (QTS) app.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must place an order with a minimum value of £2,000 using the new Quote to Site app between 18th November 2024 and 10th January 2025.
  • Each eligible order placed via the Quote to Site app will count as one entry.
  • Only one entry per order is allowed. Multiple orders may increase your chances of winning.
  • Orders must be completed and confirmed during the promotional period to qualify for entry.

4. Prize

  • The prize consists of a Christmas Tech Pack, which includes the following items:
    • A 55-inch TV
    • A gaming computer console
    • A pair of high-quality headphones
    • A smartwatch
    • A VR headset
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by 10th January 2025.
  • The draw will take place on 13th January 2025, and the winner will be notified by email or phone (using the contact details provided when placing the order).
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery

  • Once the winner is confirmed, arrangements will be made for the delivery of the prize to the winner’s address.
  • Delivery will be made after the draw and confirmation of the winner’s details. The delivery timeframe will be agreed upon at that time.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity related to the competition, including but not limited to the use of their name, likeness, and any submitted content in any media without further compensation.

8. Data Protection

  • By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by QTS Ltd for the purpose of administering the competition and prize fulfillment.
  • Your data will not be shared with any third parties, except where required by law or for delivery of the prize.

9. General Conditions

  • QTS Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • The competition is subject to cancellation or change at the discretion of QTS Ltd.
  • In the event of a dispute, QTS Ltd’s decision is final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • QTS Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the competition, prize, or any related activity, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
